Release all judgment and accept the “is-ness” of all situations.

Let’s Talk About Judgment

Hello! This is the look of excitement. Now, I will talk about judgment real quick. But, let me just tell you something real quick. This makeup, I did it at home. I was out of the house by 7:00 in the morning. I didn’t make a video because I was in a hurry. The entire house was still asleep. But this, I think by far, is my most favorite look. It was, fast, easy and on point. I am super proud of it.

So, judgment, I used to be one of those people who were so fearful of being judged. So fearful of what somebody would think and talk about me, what I was doing to pay my bills, what I was doing from day-to-day. Name it, I have it. I am really fearful of judgement of the things I dealt since my childhood.

Fear of Being Judged

I think 95% of people are in some fashion, fear of judgment. Now, without being said, we are also judgmental people. We can look at somebody and think of first impression on some people as snub and not friendly. We could go down the list.

Here’s I am gonna tell you, I have really worked hard on both ends of the spectrum. I work hard on the spectrum of pre-judging. When someone reaches out to me, an ask me t pray for them, I do my best not to judge. Simply because I don’t know them. I don’t know what they do, what struggles they face.In addition, I have no idea what are their day-to-day life. I cannot judge them.

What Can I do?

I give them love like Jesus. I try to keep that in perspective. Hope this inspires you to reflect and avoid immediate judgment for others.
