1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup raw baby spinach
One hard-boiled egg, cut into quarters
1 slice cooked and chopped lean turkey bacon
1 tbsp. chopped avocado
2 tbsp. lemon Dijon salad dressing (a previous recipe)
1 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese


1. Place lettuce and spinach on a serving plate. Top them with egg, bacon, cheese, and avocado.
2. Drizzle with Lemon Dijon Salad Dressing.
3. Serve immediately.
