Is Strength 35 For You?

Strength 35 takes your strength training to a whole new level. You can make it more fun with dancing! Dance is an excellent form of exercise because it provides people with both aerobic and anaerobic movements. Human bodies need a perfect combination of both types of exercise in order to be at their healthiest. Aerobic exercise can be achieved by jumping, swaying, twirling, dancing, etc.

I Love Strength 35

It makes you feel great about yourself! I m stuck with my weights, again.  I am able to do all of the exercises with the heavy weights. Can I just say, I LOVE squats?! Excited to see what the next level holds! Always finish strong and empowered. I do hope you would try this workout too!
